8. Returns & Refunds

Customized, private-label, made-to-order, and certain wholesale products may be non-returnable once production has started.

9. Private Label Orders

Private-label projects may require:

Production begins only after the required commercial and technical approvals are completed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CROWNIES will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delayed delivery, misuse of products, improper storage, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
